Bose Invades Your Car with Hard Drive-based Media System

Bose%20Car.jpgBose never ceases to amaze me, might it be the excellent sound quality or the ease of use their systems provide. And this time Bose has invaded the in-car Media Systems market with their won unit. The new Bose Media System provides you with AM/FM radio, satellite radio, or CD playback and comes with a built-in 30GB hard drive, which holds your tunes as well as navigation data. You also get built-in Bluetooth and a USB 2.0 input for plugging in your MP3 player including iPods. What’s new about this system is the proximity sensor which senses your hand and the interface smoothly changes, displaying only the most relevant information and removing the rest.

Compatible media include CDs, DVD audio discs, DVD video discs, Super Audio CDs, MP3s, AAC and nearly all formats available on recordable CDs and DVDs. And when you add in AM/FM radio and a navigational system that makes it even better! The price tag on this system is not been released yet but doesn’t look like it will come for cheap.
