EDAG LUV Concept

The EDAG LUV Concept was unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show this March. The LUV stands for Luxury utility vehicle. The car however doesn’t look all that good to me. It looks very similar to a Mercedes-Benz GL and when you take a closer look you’ll see that it is in fact based on the Mercedes-Benz GL.

Also the car for some reason looks angry of sort and therefore not very appealing. Under the hood the car sports a 6.1-litre V8 that pumps out 462Hp and propels the 4WD car from 0 to 100 km/h in a little more than six seconds reaching a maximum speed of 250 km/h. The car is more of a combination of various other cars like the Mercedes GL and the Honda’s US pick-up, the Ridgeline. But even with this I have a feeling this will car will fail to impress many with the lack of originality.
